This has worked perfectly for me & I also love the ‘app’ on my phone,
4 years ago...cheap and did it myself. I thought it was smart to try to learn it all, it would have been a wiser choice to let them set it up and learn the day to day functions first, then add the more complicated stuff. If you do it yourself, pick one area, for example the calendar syncing, and complete & understand that area before moving on to the next thing. 4 years agoI just went through all the steps and spoke to Namecheap and they got all my DNS stuff connected, etc. Everything is showing good.
So.... do I change my email to my business email now? Or do I leave everything in my account as my @gmail.com?
I guess I'm just a little confused how everything needs to be set up.

3 years ago...sync and OwnerRez will add a "full sync" of everything to the channel queue. However, the full resync will wait in line behind everything else.
So what will happen is all of a sudden all of your stuff will update, both the waiting changes from before and the full resync.
Unless there's a significant and pressing issue, I would wait a bit longer and check later in the evening (or overnight, dep...

4 years agoFor me it is that I can't see the entire list of properties on one screen because it scrolls under the owner Rez header. I would like to be able to shrink the screen to fit on one 'screenshot'. There is plenty of computer screen, just don't have ability to look at just the calendar without the owner Rez stuff. -

3 years ago...astically together. It may make it a little more difficult to investigate your competition's pricing, but it's just a toggle switch away to see where their fees are.
The cleaning checklist stuff, I'm guessing will be a separate section of either checkboxes or a generic "low, medium, high" with vague definitions for people to fill in.

You are correct. Statement views are for Owner Statements.
However, all expenses in OwnerRez are Owner Expenses. There is not (yet) the concept of a PM expense, hence, we have not exposed expense columns in the same manner on PM statements.
We'll keep this Feature Request around, as we have lots of stuff planned for the PM module in the coming roadmap.

4 years ago...hink is highway robbery, so I no longer recommend them. But unless you have a crazy amount of bureaucratic red tape in your jurisdiction, it's just a bit of paperwork and waiting for them to send you stuff back and well worth the ultimate flexibility that API integration with Vrbo offers.
