The functionality is almost limitless with API integrations (Airbnb, VRBO, BDC and tons more), guest communication (API, SMS, email), Property Management and Statements, door lock integration, free rental agreement e-signature, payment integrations, dynamic pricing integrations and much more. Wordpress integration using their free widgets is flawless and fast. You can also use their hosted website at extra cost if you're not tech savvy.

UX may be difficult at first, but you will get used to it very quickly when you begin using it.

Support and help documentation are great. They almost explain everything step by step. Support is responsive when you still need help, and tons of discussions on Unofficial Facebook group.

We automated everything and saves us a lot of time in managing our units. The templates with dynamic fields, triggers to send them out are 100% flexible.

Downtime is great, probably out for a few hours every year but that is over 99% availability.
