OwnerRez gives me valuable time back!
So far, with the onboarding and Pro-Connect help, my experience with Ownerrez has been exceptionally positive. The help available is timely, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Ownerrez to other short term rental owners looking for administrative assistance in running their rental business
Pros
OwnerRez is an amazing tool that helps me professionally run my short-term business and saves me time and head space. I only have one rental, but I also have a bookkeeping business and OwnerRez is invaluable at taking over those tasks that take up so much time and thought. From messaging guests to keeping my calendars synched, taking payments on time, synching my rates across all platforms, etc. OwnerRez does it all and does it so well!
Reasons for Choosing OwnerRez: More cost-effective and robust, and it was highly recommended by other hosts.
Cons
OwnerRez is not as user-friendly as other software programs I have tried, but the benefits far outweigh the cons. It is capable of so much!
