OwnerRez has far exceeded my expectations. I've onboarded with many different companies for different business solutions and this was hands-down the best experience I've ever had on a product I was very green with to start.
Pros
The onboarding experience was incredible. I was shocked at not only the functionality that it offered, but how quickly [sensitive content hidden] was able to teach me to navigate everything. She was thorough, and she took ALL the notes for me and gave me step-by-step instructions for each thing I needed after the call to set things up exactly how I want them. It was nice to be able to focus fully on learning the system since she was tracking all my action-items for me.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind, I am so sure I made the right choice!
