Powerful software, good support at the lowest price in the industry.
I love the API integration with Airbnb, VRBO/Homeaway and Booking.com. their reports are also very dynamic. Best of all is they are constantly listening to their customers and pushing out valuable updates/features. Great for our small business.
Pros
I have NO regrets. They are a great group to work with.
Cons
I really don't like the owner statement. Mostly because they don't have a trust accounting system. I heard they are working on one, however, which I would love to use. No major problems. Aside from a few small issues, the system just works.
