I'd love this too! Maybe even have the option for owners to change rates. Some owners are very involved and would love the freedom to dictate their own rates.

Triggers for Reports would be great. I'd love to see a daily report emailed to myself. Owners would love a weekly/monthly sales report automatically emailed.
