We've thought about adding Xero, not sure about those other two. But, you can export just about everything in OwnerRez into Excel files, and most accounting systems will let you import data that way…

Yes, you can create 2 properties, each with their own listings and calendar. Use Mutual Blocking to make sure the calendars are both correctly blocked between them:

That depends on the type of booking. If it's a direct booking, the Overview page of the Booking in OwnerRez will have a link to the Quote it came from, and you can look at the emails that were sent.
