Just be careful with this. If you do not refund in full, vrbo will keep their booking fee. Expect customer service calls and chargebacks.

as far as I know OR is a monthly charge whether you have bookings or not. To have no charge you should have made your properties inactive.

an SMS question. I have specified "forward to" phone number. I do not see anything forwarded? I only see people replying to SMS under CRM and email. The forward-to number is GV, is that why?
