Request a sync with PriceLabs immediately after OR records a new booking

This would be helpful for listing optimization since PriceLabs syncs only once per 24 hours.  PriceLabs has some nice rules around pricing for nights that are adjacent to a booking and for availability requirements around adjacent bookings - the "Smart check-in/out" rules.

For example, we might want to use the smart check-in/out rules to require all new bookings to have a "gap" of at least 3 nights.  That is, new bookings are required to be directly adjacent to an existing booking - or - to have a gap of at least 3 nights.  When PriceLabs only runs the sync every 24 hours, this allows lots of time for bookings to come in with, say, a 1-night gap, which is then nearly impossible to rent.

OwnerRez would need to notify PriceLabs whenever a new booking comes in, have PriceLabs run the save / refresh of their rule set, and then sync back to OwnerRez.

Did you know that you don't have to wait for that automated sync from PriceLabs? You can force a sync at any time.

Thanks Bri!  And yes, I do often send through a sync from PL manually when I'm at my desk and we get a new booking.  It would be nice to have it fully automated - to take full advantage of the booking gap requirement rules and avoid those pesky 1-night gaps.
