Report Needed

Please add a report that provides this most basic needed information:

- Number of nights booked each month and total number of nights for entire year. 

- Average $ per night booked each month (not per all days of the month) and then average $ per night booked for entire year (not per all 365 days). 

The only way I know how to get this kind of report now is to create one manually in Excel.
