Rates based on length of stay

Hello,

Is Ownerrez capable of adjusting the rate for a stay with a smaller number of days? (adjust the nightly rate based on the length of stay if there is a minimum night stay) For example, if I have a minimum stay of 5 nights and someone searches on an OTA for 3 nights can the software adjust the nightly rate for 5 nights to three nights? So if a 5 night stay was $1000 per night a 3 night stay would be $1667 per night.  This would greatly help with VRBO's new search system where it is almost impossible to find the calendar with available nights.  

I guess it is called dynamic pricing. Is it possible to do this without using a company like pricelabs or beyond?

This is not something that is possible, because the listing channels don't support it.

However, they do have a way of accomplishing more or less the same thing mathematically - a Length-of-Stay discount.  And OwnerRez does support this:
