Property sharing - enhancements please!

hello OR team, thanks to you we now have 111 114 properties on smokymountaincabinsbyowner.com - yeay! And more are coming. 

With that number (and growing) would be awesomely great to have (in the order of importance):

1. Pet-friendly filter (self-explanatory). Maybe based on the tag? Right now tag does not work across properties from different owners.
2. Filter that can filter the number of bedrooms (not 3+ , 4+ like it is now) but select Min 2 Max 3, for example. Someone looking for 1+ is shown everything from 1 to 10 bd.
3. Location consolidation. Right now the filter treats the same town as 2 different ones because of capitalization (i.e  'GATLINBURG' should be the same as 'Gatlinburg', 'Sevierville' is the same as 'sevierville'). I know this one is an easy fix as there are probably already pipes that allow capitalizing the 1st letter only. Some won't be fixed (like Pigeon vs Pigeon Forge) but it will address the majority of duplicates. 
4. Nice to have but we can live without: sort by the number of bedrooms or number or "sleeps". Right now it is A to Z, Random or Featured. On that note, what makes property Featured and how do we do it? Thanks

Great list!  Couple of great low-hanging fruit ones there, and I know the pet filter and the location consolidation ones are already on our list to do for property searching generally (ie. across all such widgets, not just shared properties).

Bumping this as our property share now has over 130 properties and travelers complain that they cannot filter by number of bedrooms or sort ascending by size in order to find what they need. Tx
