Newsletter opt in option at the time of booking

I would love a feature where guests could opt into our newsletter at the time of booking. I don't want to add guests to our mailing lists without their consent, and currently we get a low response from trying to automate it through our emails. Something similar to how to how the add ons are listed when guests book would be great.

Me too! Maybe on the booking form there can be an add on for that?

Email preferences can now be controlled within the guest's contact record.

You can change your guests' messaging preferences by navigating to their Guest Info, either through the Guest Conversation > Contact Info > Marketing Opt-Out or the specific Booking > Overview > Guest > Edit Contact Info > Marketing Opt-Out. The contact must have a phone or email saved before the checkboxes are available on the contact.

OwnerRez suggests confirming any guest marketing preferences in writing before changing their preferences. This is the only area where you, as the host, can opt individual guests out of receiving marketing emails. Any email addresses of guests who have opted out of receiving marketing emails will be excluded from the Email List Report.
