Need control buttons (back and forward) back in app after June 2024 Update

After re-installing the home screen OR shortcut on mobile phones with iOS iOS, all control buttons disappeared (back, forward, refresh, etc) disappeared. We need those back to make navigating the home screen app easier and more user friendly.

The old Progressive Web App (PWA) would have been redirecting to our newer domain (app.ownerrez.com) which likely did show browser buttons as you're describing. You were viewing it in a browser because of that redirect.

Now that you've installed the new PWA, it is natively going to app.ownerrez.com with no redirect necessary. There are no back and forward buttons, etc. This is expected behavior, and we do not have plans to add navigation buttons as modern mobile devices should allow you to swipe to perform these same actions.
