Chat Push Notifications are great but need easily viewable booking info.

In the chat window I should easily be able to see basic booking info. The property especially, and dates of stay. It takes too many clicks to get to that info and on mobile it's even worse. Please put all the relevant information easily visible in here. I would suggest the Listing name, dates of stay and the guest's phone number.
