Auto reply to booking inquiries from channel partners

Hello,

The inquiry triggers work great and I'm loving them.  However, when a booking request comes in there is no trigger to send the message in the system and the inquiry triggers do not send.  Is there a way to enable the autoresponder functionality for booking requests as well?

Hey Ryan!

You can easily set up message templates to Reply to inquiries with a bookable quote and maybe even add the trigger condition of Listing Channel > Only Vrbo (or any other listing channel). You may need to create specific listing channel (Vrbo, Airbnb, etc.) templates for it but the above support article gives instructions on that. See our Trigger Examples support doc for lots of other template and trigger ideas.
