We do have a Daily Checkin Report:

That shows arrivals and departures.
As far as outstanding payments and unsigned RAs, we do not have a specific report for that, but, you can certainly get a list of them. Go to the main Bookings display, List view, and use Filters accordingly - you can specifically filter based on RA being signed or unsigned, payment status being paid in full, partially paid, etc., and many other similarly relevant booking parameters.
