Allow an booking to be created that is like an invoice and does not have to check for availability

I have a closed booking that is paid for.

I just got in an additional bill from a caterer who provided services to the guest.

I went to create a separate booking/invoice but could not do this without a booking property on available dates.

I would love a way to do this so I can take advantage of

• Customer Record
• List of Inventory Items
• Transaction Options
• Email the Invoice
• and integration with Quickbooks

It seems that this would be not so hard to do and it would help us streamline our work flow and stay more in OR.

As it is now I have to do all of this separately in QBO where I do not have a credit card processor set up.
