I would like to see all bookings show on the owners statements regardless if there is a zero balance. Owners would love to see all the bookings and finances all on one place ( as would PM and cohosts).
This mostly affects Airbnb bookings as they have a cohosting option which allows for direct payment. For those people who cohost, if you try to fill in your property management statement with a direct remittance to owner, it will result in a zero balance and therefore knock the booking off the owner statement.
Although this is intentional to have any booking showing with as your remittance to be not displayed, my request is for this to be displayed with a balance of zero, showing all owners the complete picture of the month on one page.
The owners statement should like like this:
All Bookings including financials
All Expenses including financials
Bookings-
expenses=
total owed to owner or total to be paid to PM by owner.

We're currently in private beta testing right now for PM v2. I see you're still on v1.
Upgrading to v2 would address a portion of what you're requesting here. Fully remitted bookings on v2 will display to the PM when previewing statements, but they still do not display on the generated statements visible to the owners.
We do have plans for v2 to address more surrounding direct remittance bookings in the future.

Once you've had a chance to look that over, we've taken the liberty of making the upgrade access available to you within your account if you'd like to join the beta. You should see a blue banner across the top of your screen on the PM tab when logged in to OwnerRez with instructions for steps to upgrade. Feel free to upgrade as soon as you see fit!
