Quote email to guest is not attaching the quote

Help! I was notified by two prospective guests this morning that the quote email that I sent does not have the quote attached. I have tried resending the quote and even completely redoing the quote and resending.  There is nothing below my email for the guest to accept and finalize. Any ideas what might be going on?
