I understand the $4/mo per lock charge (note: you need to add this to the overall Pricing page).
I have parent/child listings where each child has a lock and, of course. the parent has all the "children".
I also have 2 scenarios where the same home is represented by 2 different listings (2 configurations).
Before considering switching from RemoteLock I want to be sure that these will be handled correctly and will the billing change as a result? I have been through the docs and forum but didn't see this scenario discussed.
Hi Chuck - under the covers this should work as we look at the device ID (even if it's connected to multiple properties). That said, I'm not aware of a user doing it yet for mutual blocking. Not to say they aren't, I just haven't run across one. If you're willing to try it, we can work with you to ensure you're not double-billed. And if you are, rectify that.
This is some info about how it works with some other partners. If you let us know all worked for you, we'll update this support article accordingly, and the Schlage one as you're right we don't discuss this scenario.
Any update on this?
I have a house that can be rented as follows
Entire House
East Wing
West Wing
Would this work and what Schlage lock would work best.
We are in New England and near the water.
Yes, you can configure that in OwnerRez using our Mutual Blocking setup:

And yes, this does work with all our lock integrations, including Schlage.
