Minimum Stay for Last Minute Bookings -Pricelabs

I just wanted to check the process with Pricelabs, OR and Airbnb/BDC.

In Pricelabs there is an option for setting up a Minimum Stay for Last Minute Bookings

So I could have a 7 day minimum stay set but reduce it to 3 nights if it is in the next 30 days.

My question is….

if I set this up on Pricelabs will that feed through OR and then appear in Airbnb/BDC? I can’t quite work out the hierarchy of the software.

Yes, assuming you've connected PriceLabs to your OwnerRez account as explained here:

and then appear in Airbnb

BDC?

Probably... however, there are more gotchas there, and if you find that it isn't working as expected, please write in to the Helpdesk with specific examples so we can advise.  In particular, Booking.com supports multiple rate schemes, so it is possible to accidentally connect OwnerRez to the wrong one so it won't appear to work properly.
