Hi I was wondering if there is an easy way to add an FAQ page to a hosted website? Thanks!

Sure, you can Create a Custom page in your Hosted Website, and put anything you like on it.

Do you have recommendations for a page builder that can be used to build custom pages on a hosted OR site?  We really like the hosted feature but struggle with non-template pages (e.g. blank page) to ensure its responsive to phone vs desktop.

No, I'm not aware of any page builder that does a good job of generating flexible HTML at all, much less one that would work well with the Hosted Website system.

However, we do have a WebAssist service that can help you if you know what you want - please write in to the Helpdesk for more information.

It would be great  if OR made a template blank page for with a simple header and a text box for the body and we as users could just edit the text. This would be stupid simple for OR to do.

While we do not currently offer this, you should check if it's been suggested already! Use the link below to search our Feature Request forum. If it's not there, you can write this up as a suggestion so other clients can vote up your ideas for new and improved features in OwnerRez: https://www.ownerrez.com/forums/requests

I ended up doing what Ken suggested and it worked out OK. The page is just bullet points and a heading so it was no big deal. Definitely not fancy but a fan page is just and informative page anyway.
