Where do we put the license # for each property if they are in an area requiring short term licensing?

If you navigate to a properties description tab and edit the default description, then scroll to the very bottom. You'll find two sections for registration/licensing.

Wait ... this doesn't update Airbnb nor VRBO?

Correct, that information is typically entered directly on those channels instead, though they may not display the field if it's not required.

For Airbnb for instance you can find that field under "Policies and Rules" typically.
