Delayed check-out fee.

I am new to OwnerRez and was wondering if it is possible to have OwnerRez calculate a delayed check-out fee based on per minute basis?

Because OwnerRez does not know the actual time a guest checks out, this would not be able to calculate automatically. However, if you have this rule published, you can always manually apply the surcharge to your guest's booking and adjust the pricing to reflect your calculation, then keep that amount from your Security Deposit.
