Leaving Hostaway because of their booking fee?

I’m curious about how quickly OwnerRez sends updates to connected channels. I made a listing update five minutes ago in OwnerRez, but I’m not seeing the change on Airbnb yet. Do you have any insights?  I could not find help topics on this subject.

I have the same question and don't see answers anywhere.  In my case, I made changes early this morning, after no updates were sent, I forced as sync and still hours later, nothing.

It depends on what channel, what you're syncing, and sometimes can depend on the time of day as well. Keep in mind that requesting a sync before the last sync has completed boots you to the back of the line in the sync queue again for some channels.

Think of those syncs as lanes of traffic. High traffic times mean it takes longer to get to your destination!

Thanks.  I have emailed the Helpdesk.  It is all my channels (Airbnb, VRBO and GVR).
