You can grant them a Portal Access account:

However, you'll likely have to grant them Admin access in order to fully communicate with all guests.
Is there plans in the future to have the ability to grant access to the CRM without having to give full admin privileges?
It would be an amazingly useful tool to allow an assistant to communicate with guests, but in order to do that, the person would then have the ability to do almost anything in the OwnerRez account.

Yes, and it is actively being tasked and scheduled. "Tiered Access" is what we call it.
