Aparta AI offers a personal AI assistant for your guests, handling the majority of all chat interactions with a response time of less than 1 minute, providing travel recommendations and upselling extra nights. The system adapts to your OwnerRez account in a short time and creates scenarios specific for your unique situations. Your team will free themselves from manual work routine and dedicate their time to much more meaningful strategic tasks. Aparta AI conducts user request analysis, provides key metrics results, sends weekly and monthly reports, and gives tips to improve your guest experience.

Steps for integration:

1. Sign up or log in to your Aparta account.

2. On the Get Started Guide page, click Get Started under Integrate Your PMS. 

3. The next page will allow you to select your PMS. Click Connect under OwnerRez.

4. On the next screen, click Connect. This will open the Authorization window, where you must click Authorize Aparta. 

5. After about 5 minutes, you will see your properties in Aparta on the Properties and Listings page.

6. To turn on automatic responses for your guests, set your properties to automatic mode by selecting the properties and clicking Automate, then click Confirm. 

7. After that, turn on Aparta AI on the properties you'd like Aparta to automatically interact with. Click the toggle that says Aparta AI, then confirm by clicking, "Yes, Turn it on".

After that, messages will automatically be responded to by Aparta AI.

What Data is Transmitted:

  • Webhooks are used to sync data instantly
  • Property data: All listing data from OwnerRez - such as description, amenities, checkin/checkout instructions, etc. - to answer guest questions
  • Reservation data: All reservation data - such as guest name, dates, status, etc. - to answer guest questions
  • Message sending and receiving
