I recommend OwnerRez to every property manager I meet. Enough said.
It covers everything I need it to do. They're always adding more features. Customer service is timely and knowledgable. Switched From Boostly. Reasons for Switching to OwnerRez: Boostly didn't have the features I needed, and customer support was in it's early stages, so not what I needed.
Because it's so robust, it can be overwhelming to get started. But their videos, and more importantly, customer service is second to none. A rep spent hours with me getting things set up in the beginning, and I will never forget how much I appreciated and valued that help.
Very supportive with gentle, tactful reminders on the implementation progress and the remaining time left to fulfill the Client's portion of the implementation obligation. Always felt like we had a 'lifeline' we could call while migrating our data from another existing Owner Rez client.
The integration with VRBO, credit card payment management, integration with QuickBooks On-Line, integration with our housekeeping vendor's software, prospective guest inquiry management notifications
Because of the tedium required to integrate with the booking companies, there are some mind-numbing moments to get up and running when entering each specific property

Nirvana! I honestly was so relieved the day we went live with 43 listings. The support, functionality of the software, the website .. all above an beyond. I literally lost 2 years of my life with GUESTY trying to make their solution work.
We spent 2 PAINFUL years trying to make the MYVR to GUESTY transition work until we finally found OwnerRez and transitioned in 2 months with their amazing support team and I am overwhelmed with how EVERYTHING WORKS and now we can stop spending endless hours on our technology solutions and get back to the business of managing our properties and serving our guests and owners. Switched From Guesty. Reasons for Switching to OwnerRez: The list is too long: restrictive, painful to use, lack of functionality, not integrated with my payment processor, the list is endless and I'm so glad I have moved on.
Such a minor issue but we need owner generated reservations to be passed to Breezeway as a reservation and not just a block of time.
