Overall, I've been very happy with OwnerRez and don't see myself shifting any time soon. I look forward to continuing to grow with and learn more about OR and everything it has to offer.
I love the reporting functionality of OR and probably what I use most. I also really find the support to be helpful and the library of help topics is second to none and easy to follow even for someone that doesn't consider herself very "tech savvy."
Reasons for Choosing OwnerRez: The best direct booking site and ironically the QBO integration (that I don't currently use)
I find all of the features very overwhelming at times and the learning curve is definitely a little steep. But once you "get" it, it's brilliant and you move on.

Fantastic! I'm very new and still learning a lot, but overall very happy with the capabilities. I just need more practice with all the settings.
Steve did an amazing job answering my questions and when going through those questions, he would notice other setting that needed attention. He was so patient in explaining and making proper changes to the settings.
Right now - booking.com booking templates are not firing properly and our Schlage integration with OR isn't always generating a door code. They are looking into these two concerns right now and I hope to hear back soon.

My overall experience with Ownerrez has been phenomenal. Even though it was a steep learning curve, the customer support, the help articles, and the help videos have been more than supportive in ensuring I had a smooth onboarding process. The features & integrations OR provides (security deposit, rental agreement, etc.) really help me to start my Airbnb last year.
I enjoy the fact that ownerrez helps me manage my Airbnb listing like a business and helps me to automate things I didn't realize could be automated. Even though Airbnb does have similar features, I love how OR allows me to pivot onto other platforms and with direct bookings if needed.
I don't like the fact that there isn't an app to download from the app store. I also wish there was more customization features on the rental agreement in terms of text boxes that are mandatory. For example, I wish I could have a separate textbox that the requires the name for each guest rather than typing a bunch of names in 1 textbox
