I began using Ownerrez several years ago to keep up with reservations for our short term vacation rental. I now have our website hosted with them and managing reservations, payments, and information is a breeze. I never worry about double booking or if I need to send a reminder to our guests. By far, my greatest complement goes to their customer service team. I have never been disappointed. Always quick to respond and always going above and beyond to help.

I researched and demo a lot of PMS/Channel management software. This is my second PMS/Channel Management software and it will be my last. It does almost everything a property owner could want and the documentation is very well written and it includes videos. They are always adding new features and their customer support works around the clock. I highly recommend their concierge setup service even if it's just for one listing until you get the swing of things because this software is powerful!
