Over the past decade we have been with a couple of reservation systems that have not been ideal. Well, the third time around has been a charm. "Owner Rez" We are completely satisfied and are still learning the wonderful streamline features Owner Rez has to offer and enjoying the ease of use. Everything and more we could hope for in a vacation rental software system.
Simple. Ease of use. Streamline. One system. Everything needed. Great support. Cost effective.
Have not experienced any cons. All good. How many people can say that about the software they use.

Ease of use. Streamline (no other add ons needed) and comprehensive. API connect. Cost effective. Great Support. Everything on Owner Rez reservation system works; no glitches.
No problems or issues. How many can say that about the reservation system they are using. We have worked with two other reservation systems prior to 'Owner Rez' that did not work out due to issues. It is a pleasure to be writing an 'excellent' review and working with a reservation system that works. There is a system out there that works great and is reasonably priced to get the job done! Owner Rez.
Have not found anything we dislike about Owner Rez reservation system.

Though we are currently just managing one property, we list on numerous channels, and OwnerRez has been incredible in making that all happen, between all their features, such as api integrations, to reports, to their messaging system.
Usability; support resources easily available on the site; customer support via email very prompt and helpful; tremendous number of helpful features
There is nothing I would change. Some of the processes are very technical, so there has definitely been a learning curve for me, but OwnerRez does a great job of walking you through the more difficult processes.
Exceptional - the videos and tutorials were helpful in setting up and becoming initially familiar with the software. The customer support team filled in the blanks anywhere I got stuck or lost. I became well versed in how to work all aspects of the software fairly quickly which is a testament to its user-friendly interfact.
It is nearly impossible to list all the features about Owner Rez that I feel I could not (and certainly would not want to) live without. It is the single most important tool that I use in managing my two properties plus the five additional properties I manage for friends. I utilize about 80% of the software so it is exceptionally cost-effective for me considering all it does to save me time and to provide excellent communications and customer service to my guests. I have recommended it to hundreds of other owners and have personally set up many who wanted to use it but were daunted by the idea of getting started. It is logical, fast, thorough and the customer service I receive in the few instances I've gotten "stuck" trying to do something has been incredibly fast.
I wish there was a way to send automated texts to guests using my own cell phone number for replies rather than having to use a 3rd number that populates back to the software only. It's impractical for me to have to check the software for replies vs the replies coming into my phone. So I still handle my texts to guests manually.
I like how it will integrate with all my booking channels. I am new to this and wanted something that would reduce my ability to make mistakes. OwnerRez it is.
It is relatively easy to figure out and they have an extensive library of resources to help you set up. But customer service support is my favourite. Quick and detailed responses with Links showing me how to do things. Had it not been for the customer service support I may not have finished setting up. THANK YOU
I think the ability to test would be helpful. Maybe I missed that.
