If you like to be hands on and not under the control of a software company, this is it. My overall experience has been good. This software really helped to streamline my rentals. Now the calendars synch quickly after a reservation has been made. It's nice to add additional photos or other listing changes and both Airbnb and VRBO are changed.

The support is worth the product price alone. Any issues that I have experienced using this system have been few but the support staff is literally just an email away. No waiting on hold for hours to get somebody who doesn't care and works in a call center. These are real people who work with the software everyday. It's pretty easy to set up and very intuitive. I didn't know anything about Property Management going into this but the OwnerRez Software makes everything so easy.
