The guidance provided during this entire process is unmatched! Their support team is responsive, precise and professional! I worked with Ken primarily and he was the absolute best. Whenever I got stuck or needed advice or instructions on how to set something up he quickly pointed me in the right direction.
Their platform is organized, efficient, extremely in depth and yet easy to navigate and set up. As with everything, there is a learning curve, but once you get it all going it makes your vacation rental(s) so much easier to manage across the various rental sites.
Great bang for your buck. The features are amazing. I'm not very techy and was able to get everything set up with their guidance. If you feel overwhelmed, just be patient and take it one step at a time and don't hesitate to contact support for guidance.
So far there has not been anything to dislike or complain about.

Renters are able to book without our intervention. We can list on multiple channels and control from one.
Very full featured. Can tailor it to exactly what we need to do, very detailed.
It's very full featured, so there is a definite learning curve to use it. Their helpdesk has been very supportive.
