Excellent. I have used other property management platforms and they pale in comparison to Owner Rez. Switched from MyVR. I had terrible customer service with MYVR. Slow response time made servicing my customers impossible. The customer service when there is a question or issue I cannot resolve on my own. Ownerrez has really stepped their support. Since they only offer email support (hopefully phone support someday), timely responses are important. I have been impressed with the folks there, namely Katie and Cam. Both provide thorough answers in the forms of videos that are easy to follow so I can make whatever amendments I need to make on my end, and they also send me to links on their site that offer additional support in the area I need help.
