OwnerRez has been a great platform for managing vacation rentals, but what really makes it stand out is the level of care from their team. Especially Steve. He’s been my go-to every time I’ve needed help, and it’s clear he knows the platform inside and out. It’s rare to get this kind of support these days, and it genuinely makes the whole experience better. Highly recommend OwnerRez if you’re looking for a reliable system with stellar support.
What I’ve loved most about OwnerRez is hands down the support. Every time I’ve hit a wall or had a technical hiccup, Steve from the support team has come through in a big way. Not only does he respond quickly, but he also explains everything clearly and gives me a step-by-step plan so I never feel stuck. Honestly, having someone like Steve on the other end makes all the difference when you’re trying to keep things moving. Outside of support, the platform itself is solid. It does exactly what we need to manage multiple vacation home properties. Updating listings, managing bookings, and keeping things running smoothly is all very intuitive once you get into it. There’s also a great knowledge base if you ever want to dig into something yourself.
There was a moment where I ran into some trouble trying to implement custom code for a design update. But even that turned into a positive. Steve didn’t just help fix the issue, he actually gave me an even better workaround that made the whole process simpler and more effective. So yeah, it started as a “con,” but with support like that, it barely even counts.

Excellent. I have used other property management platforms and they pale in comparison to Owner Rez.
The customer service when there is a question or issue I cannot resolve on my own. Their response time is fast and instructions to resolve an issue are easy to follow.
While OwnerRez provides videos and a "Help" section to their dashboard, sometimes it's difficult to find solutions to an issue on my own.

Ownerrez has really stepped their support. Since they only offer email support (hopefully phone support someday), timely responses are important. I have been impressed with the folks there, namely Katie and Cam. Both provide thorough answers in the forms of videos that are easy to follow so I can make whatever amendments I need to make on my end, and they also send me to links on their site that offer additional support in the area I need help. I haven't ever been left in a lurch and they have answered all of my questions. Great stuff. I look forward to seeing how OR continues to evolve!
