OwnerRez does a great job of integrating all possible channels for short term rentals into one place. It covers every option, every variable for each website, etc. There's an integrated mailbox where you can send messages through the platforms. You can also integrate your own direct booking website (either hosted on OwnerRez or elsewhere). Also, customer service has been great. I'm matched up with Tiffany and she's done a great job of being responsive to all my questions and proactively sending me recommendations for other things I may want to look into. She's honestly been great.
