Job Overview
As a Marketing Assistant, you will collaborate with the Head of Partnerships & Marketing to carry out various marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and takes direction effectively. Since OwnerRez is a virtual company, all employees work from home, which can be anywhere with a reliable internet connection and a productive work environment.

Paul Hall, Head of Partnerships & Marketing
Responsibilities and Duties
- Webinar scheduling and event postings.
- Assisting with current and new marketing programs.
- Handling missing page redirects.
- Blogging about webinars, events, or recurring topics.
- Assist with email blast and marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with social media efforts.
- Improving user surveys.
- Posting about Friday industry news updates.
- Performing competitive analysis.
- Managing various other routine tasks.
- T-shirt fulfillment.
- Collaborate with doc writers and other team members.
- Attend company meetings online.
- Maintain frequent contact with management and colleagues using online productivity tools.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Ability to collaborate, accept feedback, and adapt accordingly.
- Comfortable live on camera for webinars/meetings.
- Applicants must be courteous, friendly, and professional.
- A high-speed Internet connection and a quiet, private place to work is required.
Compensation
- $52k
- Fully paid health benefits
