Has anyone integrated TIDY and used TIDY for their STRs? Has anyone used TIDY's concierge service? What has been your experience?

Like the title says, is there a way to automate responses to inquiries? I know its possible for automated responses from direct bookings but am not able to find a way to do it for Airbnb and VRBO.
