Yep, it looks like VRBO have changed their format slightly on the second payment + RDD. We just released a hotfix that should solve this issue.
Run that channel bridge import for that booking again …

When you're creating/editing the tax, add a booking criteria to it for Number of Nights. See screenshot.
That'll let you set the max number of nights for which the tax applies.
