Support WebP Image Format

WebP a next-gen image format which reduces image sizes.  It would be nice if OwnerRez supported it.  File sizes are typically smaller and more efficient.

Current blog Masthead images are fairly large in size and only support PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, & ICO formats.

This suggestion was recommended to my site by PageSpeed Insights, which is a tool Google suggests for page performance optimization:

We are learning about pagespeed and that our site while beautiful sucks on performance. All other categories are strong results. @russ, what have you done, if anything to help with the topic you posted?
