Would be great to see the system offer a simpler quote to customer when they fill out the Book Now/Inquiry form.
Simpler i.e. :
Rent: $1000
Cleaning: $75
Tax: $1075
Damage Deposit: $300
Total Due: $1375.00
Instead, they get a dizzying difficult to read quote .. see image: https://goo.gl/7lb254
I understand it's partly due to how I have setup my pricing but other major listing sites seem to be able to simplify quote somehow.

How would we get email quotes text to be simplified? For example this is what it says 3 nights (date x - date x) during Winter 2018 at $250 per night
We don't currently have a way to automatically simplify the quote charge descriptions, but it is on the to do list. You could go and change charges manually and edit the descriptions.
What are you looking for in simplified charges?
I would say simplified exactly like the widgets were simplified i.e.
Rent $860.00
Tax $109.65
Refundable Damage Deposit $400.00
Total $1,369.65
Right now I'm getting something like the following:

I am all for the simplified email quote responder language. It is currently a detailed description, but I dint think people always get all the detail. They want simple numbers and a total, just like the inquiry/book widget does.
I agree, I prefer email quote would have all the detail as it has now. We could lose left most column where it says "rent" or "surcharge" as it is redundant anyway as description of line item has it.
I do not have a box in my widget to check to simplify Charge details and I want that. How do I get that on mine?
That's only in the Book Now/Inquiry widget settings - maybe you were looking at the wrong widget type? Otherwise, please write in to the Helpdesk and we'll take a look.
I would like to see the automatic text in the quote changed from the (to me) confusing
"3 nights (5 February - 7 February, departing 8 February)"
to
"3 nights (check in 5 February, check out 8 February)"
Or at least grant the option to change the way it reads?
