I am reaching out to inquire about a potential adjustment to the messaging settings within the platform. Currently, when we communicate with guests, the Airbnb co-host's name is visible in the messaging thread. While this is helpful in some cases, it has become somewhat challenging to quickly identify the guest’s name in conversations, especially when managing multiple properties or working with several co-hosts.
We would like to request if there is a way to either hide or minimize the visibility of the co-host’s name in the message thread, allowing the guest's name to be more prominently displayed. This small change would significantly improve the efficiency of communication, helping us respond to guests faster and more effectively.
Having this feature would also allow us to streamline our processes, ensuring we can quickly identify and address any guest needs without confusion or delay. We believe this would be a great improvement to the user experience, especially for hosts managing a larger number of reservations or co-hosts.
If such a feature is not currently available, we would greatly appreciate it if you could look into the possibility of adding it in a future update.
