Current messaging features only pull Airbnb messages that are part of a booking. When a guest has an issue and "Airbnb Support" sends a message, there is no way to see this from within OR. OR should pull in all messages in the Airbnb inbox, even those not associated to a particular booking.
Interesting idea, not sure if we've ever considered it - that never occurred to me as being possible. But, the engineers tell me that the Airbnb API does actually support this, so in theory it should be doable. Let's see how the voting goes.
