Pet Type Specification: Dog,cat, bird, hamster??

We would like guests to have to fill out the pet TYPE when they add a pet to their reservation: Example a pet could be: dog( including breed), cat, bird, hamster, donkeys, chickens, lizards, horse etc. 

We need to know what kind of pet they are bringing! 

For insurance purposes some homes only allow non vicious dog breeds. etc.
