Housekeeping Scheduling

I noticed on the knowledge base article 'Housekeeping Scheduling' that OwnerRez will be adding a full featured Housekeeping & Maintenance module sometime in the future. Any chance you can share this features timeline? Does OwnerRez publish a features roadmap? Would be great if you posted something similar to how this Learning Management System publishes their quarterly roadmap. Thanks for your time in advance.
