Change the wording in the Booking Widget

I was wanting a way to change the language within the booking widget. In the screenshot below, I put in a Saturday check-out date (not available) and it came back with the language in the screenshot. It would be nice to be able to change that language to "Unfortunately, Saturday check-in's or check-outs are not available"? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
