Blog features (posted on date and character limit removed for latest posts)

I have 2 requests that I could see being beneficial for those of that use the blog feature of Hosted Websites.

1. Remove the "posted on date" as a requirement for blog articles. I would prefer to just order the blog articles, but not show how "old" or long ago certain articles were posted. For those of that don't post super often it would help our articles not look quite so old.
2. Secondly it would be nice to not have to write blog article titles with a 30 character limit (including spaces). I noticed on the OwnerRez blog there isn't this title limit when the titles show up in "latest posts" along the right side of the main blog page. I guess we don't have to limit our titles to 30 characters, but the titles are cut off in the "latest posts" section.
