Newbie here.
I have set up my "seasons," which recur annually and start/end on specific dates.
One of my properties is in an area with many recurring events that draw people in. These events have floating dates (the first weekend of March, for example). I don't think I want to use Spot Dates because I want these items to recur yearly, but I will need to go change the exact dates yearly.
Should I set each event up as a "season"?
Thanks.
Because the event changes dates yearly, you can't really set up a recurring Season, as those are based on dates that do not change. Spot Rates is the correct way to deal with this, because you can specifically select whatever the dates are in any given year.
That's what I was afraid of. There are just sooooo many.
I may play around with seasons anyway; I want these in my calendar on a yearly basis so I don't forget to give them prime rates.
Anyone have a clever work-around?
