Go to your Hosted Website in OwnerRez, open the site settings and scroll to the bottom. There you will see a Footer field where you can put in whatever content you want.
You can go live as soon as you want. It's just a matter of going into your domain registrar and setting some DNS records. Here is a support article that will explain it:
