Channel Bridge has worked perfectly since I started using it a year or so ago.
Recently, when I try and download the most recent bookings, I get an error which says;
" Airbnb is asking for a two factor authentication check to access the transaction history. Go to the future transactions tab on your Airbnb transaction history: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/users/transaction_history#future-transactions and authenticate. Then come back to Channel Bridge and try again."
Previously when I've had this message I've clicked on the link and it's taken me to the correct page in Airbnb to authenticate and let Channel Bridge access the data. It takes me to a different page now where there is no place to authenticate. I've looked around in Airbnb but can't find the correct page to authenticate on, can someone help me please?
Thanks
Hmm. We're looking into this, and may reach out to you directly.
Even though you may be logged into your Air BNB account and you can access and edit your listing Airbnb will still prompt you for 2FA details when you try to access the Upcoming Transactions from the Transaction History menu. In AirBnB if you go to the completed payouts Tab first and then switch to the other tab Upcoming Payouts you should get a pop up to authenticate via Text message or Phone Call.
As long as you are able to view these transactions directly in Airbnb then Channel Bridge should work. You should makes sure you have Air BNB open in a separate tab to Channel Bridge.
If you still don't get the 2FA pop up then try clearing your browser cache or use another browser.
