Calendar control

How/Is it possible to have OR control calendar availability over time, on all ROSs and hosted website as follows?
1) as I am new to VRs, i did long-term rental over winter and want to allow bookings May or later.
2) I want to disallow bookings from about end of November or later.
3) as I am not yet sure what the market will bear, I don't want people booking 8 months out the first year until I know what market prices are. Would like to limit how far out they can book (on all OTAs).
No, don't want to depend on dynamic process until I get my sea legs. October is the busiest month due to fall colors.

The easiest way to do this is to create blocked off time in OwnerRez for that time and then move it across to open up the time as you get comfortable. If you block off the time, it will show blocked on all channels, both synced ones using iCal as well as direct ones.

There is also a max days in advance rule you can set in OwnerRez. That's honored for all bookings made through OwnerRez and sent to all direct API based channels, but it doesn't come across in iCal's
